Medical stainless craft, standard size autoclavable

1.Firm Assembly Connection: The connection between the working tip and handle of the plugger shall be solid. No loosening shall occur under a tensile force of 300 N.

2.Material & Hardness: The plugger is made of stainless steel with heat treatment. The hardness of the working tip shall be 51–62 HRC.

3.Surface Roughness: The inner surface and corners of the tip shall have surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.8 μm; the tip and neck shall have Ra ≤ 0.4 μm.

4.Corrosion Resistance: The dental composite plugger shall feature excellent corrosion resistance. Slight corrosion residues generated after corrosion test can be fully wiped off.

5.Appearance: The plugger surface shall be flat and smooth, free of sharp edges, burrs and cracks.

6.Type & Dimensions: The type and basic dimensions shall comply with specified requirements.
