Uniform taper sharp tip, clear scale standard size

1.Material & Hardness: The working tip of the root canal plugger is made of stainless steel and heat-treated, with hardness ranging from HV480 to HV620.

2.Working Tip: The tip features uniform taper and complete clear markings. The condenser tip shall be sharp, free of false tips, curled tips, broken tips and distortion.

3.Appearance: The surface shall be free of sharp edges, burrs and cracks.

4.Secure Connection: The joint between tip and handle shall be firm, and no loosening shall occur under a tensile force of 294 N.

5.Corrosion Resistance: The root canal plugger shall have outstanding corrosion resistance. Slight corrosion marks formed after testing can be easily wiped away.

6.Surface Roughness: The surface roughness Ra shall not exceed 0.8 μm, excluding handle knurling and tip corners.
