Multi-edge for operation, hard smooth anti-corrosion

1.Cutting Edges: Periosteal elevators are provided with three types of edges: semi-sharp, serrated and blunt. All blunt cutting edges shall be smooth.

2.Hardness Requirement: After heat treatment, the hardness of the periosteal elevator shall range from 40 HRC to 53 HRC.

3.Surface Roughness: The surface roughness Ra of the periosteal elevator shall not exceed 0.8 μm.

4.Corrosion Resistance: The periosteal elevator shall have excellent corrosion resistance. Minor corrosion marks left after corrosion testing can be easily wiped off.

5.Appearance Requirement: The overall surface shall be smooth, free of sharp edges, burrs and cracks.

6.Dimensional Specification: The total length L and tip width b of the periosteal elevator shall comply with the relevant technical specifications.
