Sharp blade tensile & torsion resistant, dual steel heat & corrosion proof

1.Sharp Cutting Edge: The cutting edge of the curette shall be sharp without notches or rolled edges.

2.Appearance: Except for the cutting edge, the rest of the curette shall be free of sharp edges, burrs and cracks.

3.Secure Joint Connection: The joint between the curette tip and handle shall be firm. Under an axial load of 600 N sustained for 5 seconds, no loosening shall occur at the joint. The tip-handle connection shall also withstand a torque of 400 N·cm without loosening.

4.Material & Hardness Requirements: The working tip of the curette shall be made of 32Cr13Mo or 68Cr17 specified in GB/T 1220-2007; the handle shall be made of 12Cr18Ni9 or 06Cr19Ni10 specified in GB/T 1220-2007. The tip shall undergo heat treatment: If made of 32Cr13Mo: Hardness 510–580 HV If made of 68Cr17: Hardness 550–620 HV

5.Corrosion Resistance: The curette shall have excellent corrosion resistance. Slight corrosion traces formed after testing can be wiped off easily.

6.Heat Resistance: The curette shall possess good heat resistance. After heat resistance test, its surface condition shall meet at least Grade 5.4b specified in YY/T 0149-2006. The physical properties shall remain unchanged after the test, and the hardness shall still comply with Clause 4 above.
