1.Appearance: Except for the cutting edge, the rest of the enamel chisel shall be free of sharp edges, burrs and cracks.

2.Sharp Cutting Edge: The cutting edge of the enamel chisel shall be sharp without notches or rolled edges.

3.Connection Firmness: For assembled enamel chisels with separate tip and handle, the joint between tip and handle shall be firmly connected and shall not loosen under a tensile force of 294 N.

4.Hardness: The enamel chisel shall be heat-treated with a hardness ranging from 510 HV to 580 HV.

5.Corrosion Resistance: The enamel chisel shall possess good corrosion resistance. Slight corrosion traces formed after testing can be wiped off easily.

6.Surface Roughness: The surface roughness Ra within 5 mm from the cutting edge and at all corners shall not exceed 1.6 μm; Ra of other areas shall not exceed 0.8 μm.
