1.Cutting Edge Performance: The cutting edge shall be sharp without curled or chipped edges. The tip shall be easily disassembled and assembled with the connecting rod, and no looseness shall occur after screwing tightly. The sliding hammer shall slide smoothly on the connecting rod.

2.Hardness Requirement: The hardness of the working tip shall be 47~53HRC.

3.Surface Roughness: Except knurled areas, the surface roughness Ra of all outer surfaces shall not exceed 0.8μm.

4.Corrosion Resistance: The instrument shall have excellent corrosion resistance. Only slight removable corrosion marks shall remain on the surface after corrosion test.

5.Appearance & Shape: The whole instrument shall be straight. No sharp edges, burrs or cracks are allowed except the cutting edge. The knurling shall be clear and intact without missing or damaged patterns

6.Dimension Standard: The dimensions of the working tip shall comply with specified standards.
