1.The type and basic dimensions of the pusher shall comply with the provisions of Figure 1 to Figure 2 specified in the technical requirements.

2.The head of the pusher is made of 32Cr13Mo specified in GB/T1220, and the handle is made of 12Cr18Ni9 or 06Cr19Ni10 specified in GB/T1220. The head made of 32Cr13Mo shall be heat-treated with a Vickers hardness of 510-620HV.

3.The edge lines of the working end of the pusher are clear, and the remaining parts are free of sharp edges, burrs and cracks. The patterns on the pusher head are clear and complete without missing or damaged patterns.

4.The connection between the pusher head and the handle shall be firm and reliable, and shall not loosen under a tensile force of 294N.

5.The pusher shall have good corrosion resistance. Slight corrosion traces on the surface generated after the corrosion test can be removed by wiping.

6.The surface roughness Ra of the patterned area on the pusher head shall not be greater than 1.6μm, and the Ra value of all other parts shall not be greater than 0.8μm.
