1.Strength Performance: The arch wire bender shall possess sufficient strength and shall not deform under force.

2.Hardness Requirement: The instrument shall be heat-treated with hardness ranging from 47 to 55 HRC.

3.Surface Roughness: The surface roughness Ra of external surfaces shall not exceed 0.8 μm.

4.Corrosion Resistance: The arch wire bender shall have good corrosion resistance. Only slight corrosion marks shall remain after corrosion test, which can be wiped off easily.

5.Handle Appearance: The knurling on the handle shall be clear and intact, free of sharp edges, burrs and cracks.

6.Dimension Requirement: The dimensions of the working tip shall comply with specified technical standards.
