1. The extracting forceps shall possess sufficient strength; the beaks shall not deform or crack. The forceps shall open and close smoothly without jamming. 2. The extracting forceps shall undergo heat treatment, with hardness greater than 40 HRC. 3. The surface roughness parameter Ra of the outer surface of the extracting forceps shall not exceed 0.8 μm. 4. Corrosion resistance: The extracting forceps shall have good corrosion resistance. Slight corrosion marks remaining on the surface after the test can be wiped off completely. 5. The outer surface of the extracting forceps shall be free of sharp edges, burrs and cracks. The outer edges at both front and rear of the hinge pin (including both ends of the male hinge) shall be rounded. The handle knurling shall be clear, without missing knurls or oxide scale. 6. The overall length and beak width of the extracting forceps shall comply with specified requirements.
