1.Appearance: Flat and symmetrical body, free of sharp edges, burrs and cracks. 2.Jaw Matching: Perfect jaw fit when closed without misalignment. 3.Opening & Closing: Smooth joint movement without wobble or jam. 4.Cutting Edge: Sharp intact edges, no curled or chipped blades. 5.Hardness: Heat treated. 40Cr13: 48–53 HRC; 32Cr13Mo: 48–55 HRC. Hardness difference of two jaws ≤4 HRC. 6.Corrosion Resistance: Good anti-corrosion performance. Minor corrosion stains after test can be wiped off easily.
