1. The push-pull rod and needle of the dental carrier shall be made of 12Cr18Ni9 and 06Cr19Ni10 specified in GB/T 1220. Other components of the carrier shall be manufactured from HPb59-1 or H62 brass as specified in GB/T 4423, and H68 or H62 brass tubes specified in GB/T 1527. 2. The type and basic dimensions of the dental carrier shall comply with the requirements specified in Technical Drawing Figure 1. 3. Appearance and performance requirements of the dental carrier: 3.1 Appearance: Smooth and even surface, free of sharp edges and burrs. 3.2 Push rod: The push rod shall slide smoothly without jamming during operation. 3.3 Tip thread: The tip thread shall fit well with matching needles, without excessive looseness or difficult screwing. 3.4 Loading & unloading: The dedicated agar impression material bottle shall be easily and flexibly loaded and unloaded. 4. All copper parts of the dental carrier shall be electroplated, and the plating layer shall meet the requirement of D.L2Ni7/Cr0.3 specified in YY 0076. 5. Surface roughness requirements for the dental carrier: The Ra value of inner or concave surfaces shall not exceed 1.6 μm; the Ra value of all other surfaces shall not exceed 0.8 μm. 6. The dental carrier shall have good corrosion resistance. Slight corrosion marks may appear on the surface after corrosion testing and shall be fully removable by wiping.
