  • The rubber dam clamp forceps shall feature excellent rigidity and reliable locking performance with flexible opening and closing movement. No over-stretching shall occur during operation, which may cause elastic attenuation or deformation of the forceps. After full closure, the two tips shall have no obvious length difference or offset deviation.
  • The rubber dam clamp forceps shall be heat-treated with a hardness range of 35~48HRC.
  • The surface roughness parameter Ra of the rubber dam clamp forceps shall not be greater than 0.8μm..
  • The rubber dam clamp forceps shall have good corrosion resistance. Slight corrosion traces on the surface after the corrosion test can be removed by wiping.
  • The outer surface shall be smooth and free of sharp edges, burrs, cracks, pitting and pinholes.

 

  • The total length L of the rubber dam clamp forceps shall comply with the requirements specified in Figure 1 of the technical drawings.
