Hard sharp blade, fixed screw no rotation

  • Gold-handled surgical scissors shall possess good cutting performance without chipped edges, uneven bite or jamming. They shall open and close smoothly. The screw shall be firmly fixed on the left blade and shall not rotate together during opening and closing.
  • Gold-handled surgical scissors shall be heat-treated with hardness ranging from 50HRC to 58HRC.
  • The surface roughness Ra of the outer surface of gold-handled surgical scissors shall not exceed 0.8 μm.
  • Gold-handled surgical scissors shall have good corrosion resistance. Slight corrosion marks may appear on the surface after the test and shall be removable by wiping.
  • The exterior of gold-handled surgical scissors shall be free of sharp edges, burrs, sand holes and cracks.

 

  • The overall length and tip width of gold-handled surgical scissors shall comply with specified requirements.
