Intact teeth burr-free, smooth autoclavable

  • Hemostatic forceps shall possess good elasticity and structural stability, and open and close smoothly without resistance. When all locking teeth are fully engaged, the jaw serrations shall fit perfectly without jamming or offset deviation.
  • Hemostatic forceps shall be heat-treated to achieve a hardness of 40 HRC to 48 HRC.
  • The surface roughness Ra of the outer surface of hemostatic forceps shall not exceed 0.8 μm.
  • Hemostatic forceps shall have good corrosion resistance. Slight corrosion marks generated after the corrosion test shall be removable by wiping.
  • Hemostatic forceps shall be symmetrical with no sharp edges, burrs or cracks on the exterior. Sharp edges at the pivot joint shall be deburred and rounded. Jaw serrations shall be clear and intact, free of missing teeth, damaged teeth and burrs; locking teeth shall be complete without sharp edges or burrs.

 

  • The overall length L and tip width b of hemostatic forceps shall comply with specified requirements.
