Firm grip high hardness, smooth opening-closing

  • The needle holder shall have good clamping performance, elasticity and firmness. Opening and closing shall be easy and flexible without jamming.
  • The needle holder shall be heat treated, and the hardness of the head shall be ≥48HRC.
  • The value of surface roughness parameter Ra of the outer surface of the needle holder shall not be greater than 0.8μm.
  • The needle holder shall have good corrosion resistance. Slight corrosion marks appear on its surface after the test, which can be removed by wiping.
  • The needle holder shall be symmetrical. The jaw serrations and locking teeth shall be clear and complete without sharp edges. The surface shall be clean and free of sharp edges, burrs, cracks and sand holes.

 

  • The overall length and jaw width dimensions of the needle holder shall comply with the provisions.
