Smooth opening, burr-free autoclavable

  • Towel clamps shall feature reliable clamping performance with smooth and flexible opening and closing without jamming. The curved hooks shall be conical with sharp tips, free of rolled tips, broken tips or distortion.
  • Towel clamps shall undergo heat treatment, with hardness ranging from 40 to 48 HRC.
  • The surface roughness Ra of the exterior of towel clamps shall not exceed 0.8 μm.
  • Towel clamps shall possess excellent corrosion resistance. Slight corrosion marks may appear on the surface after testing and shall be removable by wiping.
  • Towel clamps shall be symmetric in appearance, with no sharp edges, burrs or cracks on the outer surface.
