Aligned tip, smooth anti-corrosion autoclavable

  • Bracket holding forceps shall possess good elasticity. The forceps shall have reliable locking function and flexible opening and closing. After full closure, the front 5mm section from the tip shall fit tightly; the two jaws shall have no obvious length difference or offset after closing.
  • Bracket holding forceps shall be heat-treated with hardness ranging from 35 to 48 HRC.
  • The surface roughness Ra of the outer surface (excluding textured handles) of bracket holding forceps shall not exceed 0.8 μm.
  • Bracket holding forceps shall have outstanding corrosion resistance. Minor corrosion marks generated after corrosion test can be removed by wiping.
  • The outer surface of bracket holding forceps shall be smooth, free of sharp edges, burrs, cracks, pits and blowholes. Jaw serrations and handle textures shall be clear and intact without missing or damaged patterns.

 

  • The overall length L and jaw width b of bracket holding forceps shall comply with specifications listed in Table 1 of technical requirements.
