  • Microsurgical forceps shall deliver reliable clamping performance. After full closure, the jaw serrations within the 5mm section from the tip shall match perfectly; the hooks and grooves of jaw hooks shall fit tightly without jamming. The positioning pin shall be firmly fixed without looseness, and the forceps shall open and close smoothly with good elasticity.
  • Microsurgical forceps shall be heat-treated to achieve a hardness of 36~48 HRC.
  • The external surface roughness Ra of microsurgical forceps shall not exceed 0.8 μm..
  • Microsurgical forceps shall feature excellent corrosion resistance. Slight corrosion traces formed after testing can be wiped off easily.
  • Microsurgical forceps shall be symmetrical, with no sharp edges, burrs or cracks on the outer surface. Jaw serrations shall be clear and intact, free of missing or damaged teeth.
