Sizes #4(22mm) and #5(24mm). Basic type plus variants with single-hook, double-hook, triple-hook and fork-shaped flanges. Available with standard SS thread and extended CS cone-socket thread to match corresponding mirror handles, widely used in aesthetic restoration, intraoral photography, implant follow-up and micro-dentistry.
