Reinforces anchorage, stabilizes molars, maintains arch width

  1. Welded-type orthodontic transpalatal arch (TPA, palatal bar) — a fixed intraoral appliance connecting the bilateral maxillary molars across the palate, used to reinforce anchorage and maintain upper arch width during treatment.
  2. Two variants — with hook (W3-6, left/right versions) and without hook (W3-5); the bar is factory-welded to the molar band, ready for clinical use.
  3. 50 pieces per box (50*1); the with-hook variant contains 25 left + 25 right pieces.
  4. Made of stainless steel, welded construction for rigid and stable intraoral use.
  5. Helps prevent upper molars from moving mesially or rotating, maintains arch width, and provides anchorage support during tooth movement; the hooked version supports additional elastic traction.
