Rapid palatal expander, steadily widens upper arch, corrects crossbite

  1. Orthodontic rapid palatal expander (RPE / Hyrax screw expander) — a fixed intraoral appliance with a central expansion screw, used to gradually widen the maxillary arch and correct narrow upper arch /crossbite.
  2. Available in standard type and mini type; expansion screw body sizes 8mm/9mm and 11mm/13mm to match different arch widths.
  3. 1 piece per box (1*1), individually packed for single-patient use.
  4. Made of stainless steel with a precision central screw mechanism, rigid and stable for controlled expansion.
  5. The central screw is activated with a key (about 0.2–0.25 mm per turn) to gradually widen the upper jaw, helping correct transverse arch deficiency and crossbite.
  6. Cemented or bonded to posterior teeth and placed by an orthodontist; fixed appliance, activation schedule must follow the orthodontist's instructions, for professional dental use only, single-use.
