Mandibular expander, steadily widens lower arch, relieves crowding

  1. Mandibular orthodontic screw expander — a fixed intraoral appliance with a central expansion screw, used to gradually widen the lower (mandibular) dental arch and correct lower arch transverse deficiency.
  2. Expansion screw body sizes 8mm/9mm and 11mm/13mm to match different lower arch widths.
  3. 1 piece per box (1*1), individually packed for single-patient use.
  4. Made of stainless steel with a precision central screw mechanism, rigid and stable for controlled lower arch expansion.
  5. The central screw is activated with a key to gradually widen the lower arch, helping correct mandibular arch width deficiency and crowding.
  6. Cemented or bonded to lower posterior teeth and placed by an orthodontist; fixed appliance, activation schedule must follow the orthodontist's instructions, for professional dental use only, single-use.
